Can I apply for an apartment with a roommate?

Yes, each adult occupant must complete a separate application. Application fees are $60.00 per person. Applicants must be 18 or older.

How much are late fees on OUTSTANDING rent payments?

A $50.00 Late fee is applied for the 1st day the rent is late, and $5.00 for each additional day until paid in full.
