Wiley Brooks
Mr. Brooks has specialized in property management since 1978 and co-owned Wiley Brooks Company, Inc. beginning in 1982. He served as manager of Marston Property Management from 1978 to 1981. A decorated Vietnam War veteran, he flew 156 combat missions and was awarded two Distinguished Flying Crosses and nine Air Medals.
A Certified Property Manager (CPM), Mr. Brooks is a past president of the Alaska Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and was named Certified Property Manager of the Year in 1987. Before entering the private sector in 1977, he served 20 years as an officer in the United States Air Force and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He holds a degree in Business Management from Mississippi State University.
Prior to his retirement from active practice, Mr. Brooks provided property and asset management consulting and investment advisory services to real estate investors, developers, community associations, financial institutions, and attorneys.

JJ. Brooks
Mr. Brooks is the broker of Wiley Brooks Company, Inc., bringing over 30 years of extensive real estate experience to the table. His career began as a carpenter during college breaks and developed into rezoning and managing complex mixed-use projects independently.
As a principal, Mr. Brooks owns and manages commercial investment and development properties in Anchorage, Alaska; Colorado; and Texas. He holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he graduated from a prestigious real estate program. He also serves as the president emeritus of a local chapter of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) organization.
Mr. Brooks has represented numerous national real estate investors and developers on significant initiatives, including the repositioning of decommissioned military bases, large-scale mixed-use developments, and the recapitalization of diverse commercial real estate portfolios.
Candace Fleming
Candace brings clear-headed, hands-on property management and real estate guidance to owners and investors. She single‑handedly manages over 100 doors and oversees lease negotiations and renewals, rent collection, budgeting and financial reporting, and day-to-day operations with a focus on protecting asset value and growing long-term capital. In 2024 she executed nearly $6 million in 1031 exchanges for investment properties, delivering measurable results for her clients.
