Introducing Vestibule

Vestibule is a privately owned/developed multi-family housing project in Anchorage, building on lessons learned from the nearby Turnagain Crossing. It aims to leverage mass timber to accelerate construction, lower costs, and deliver affordable, energy-efficient homes despite construction challenges. The project seeks to demonstrate mass timber’s viability in North America and share key insights with the local development community.
