As with every summer, we are seeing an increase in homelessness along the coastal trail, where some individuals are camping out and starting fires. Please refrain from engaging with these individuals, as they may pose a risk to your safety.
Over the past few weeks, I have collected several makeshift campsites, and it appears that there have been break-ins in downtown, with items such as books, DVDs, and clothing taken—though nothing of significant value. To date, there have been no break-ins reported at our properties.
However, we encourage everyone to stay vigilant: lock your cars and homes, and be attentive to your surroundings. If you notice someone acting suspiciously or out of place, do not hesitate to contact 911.

We are excited to announce our plans to implement submetering for utility costs for Apartments in the near future. This initiative aims to create a fair and transparent method for sharing heating expenses between the management and our valued tenants. Below are the key details regarding how the submetering process will work and how we will split the costs with tenants:
What is Submetering? Submetering involves installing individual meters for each apartment unit to accurately monitor and record the amount of heating energy consumed by each resident. This technology allows us to track energy usage on a per-unit basis rather than relying on a flat rate or estimation for all tenants.
